Terms of Service

By commissioning us you agree to our terms of service.Breaking any of these sections may lead to permanent denial of any further service.IMPORTANTWe live with cats.
Although they do not have access to our studio and materials, we cannot guarantee our products to be allergen free.
Take caution of allergies when unboxing our products and give them a good shake outside before wear.

⟡ Payment ⟡

Payment is done in NOK, EUR or USD
Price is based on Norwegian Krone, with USD or EUR set in closest value.A deposit valued 40% of your project total is required to guarantee a spot in the queue. This will not be refunded after materials are acquired or any labor has begun.Payment plans can be discussed.Payment of deposit is expected before the commission is started. If you do not pay, we will refrain from starting, continuing or completing the commission.Full payment must be received before we ship your item.After payment, full payment is only refundable before starting the digital planning. After the digital planning is started there is a 75% refund, excluding deposit (40% of full price). Refund after finished- or close to finished product will not be possible, unless artists are at fault (see “Our rights as the artists”)

Commissioners under the age of 18 must have an adult handling any and all transactions involving money.

⟡ Our rights as the artists ⟡

We have the right to decline any commission for whatever reason. You are not entitled to an explanation.In the case that we are unable to finish we will always give a full refund. We will inform you of the issue, and work with you to solve it through a refund or reworking of the commission.Pictures of the commission will be uploaded on certain art-sharing networks by default, so do let us know in advance if you do not want us to upload your commission.

You should provide a clear reference sheet or detailed description of your character to get the best possible result with your commission.If there is no reference sheet, please include any artwork you have of your character. If there are no direct references available, please include a colour palette and a clear description of the character. Depending on the amount of information we receive we will determine a price for you.Duct Tape Dummy (DTD) is needed for bodysuits or parts of it. The DTD is required before any labor can begin. The customer pays for the shipping themselves.

⟡ Pricing and process ⟡

We do not take rush orders.Any completion dates given by us are a rough, non-binding estimate until the commission is finished.Our commission queue is as per now dynamic; whoever has paid their commission in full gets prioritized by date.You will receive updates of your commission when we have important progress to share or need feedback before continuing the project.
However, we will not share every step, technique or decision, and we kindly ask you not to ask for updates frequently. This disrupts our workflow and motivation on your commission.We update our Trello frequently, please check there for any updates on your commission, and should you have any further questions you may contact us.Shipping is not included in the quoted prices for an item. Customers will be charged the amount that it costs to ship the item and for packaging materials.All prices listed on the website are starting prices and will vary depending on the number of colours or parts on the project, and complexity of design.
